How it works:

You tell us what titles you want each month, we order them for you! Not only that, but reserve customers receive

¨ 15%(10% off the first 6 months) off all new comics, new trade paperbacks and regular priced Diamond merchandise

¨ one free comic on their birthday (of your pre-ordered monthly titles) (Birthday comic giveaway starts after you have been with us for 6 months.

The majority of our comics and merchandise are ordered from the Diamond Previews Catalogue and Marvel Previews. Any reserve customer who orders Seven titles or more each month can receive these catalogues free each month. Copies are available for customers to browse new titles.

Regulations:

The start-up fee for this system is $5.00 (a one-time charge). Because orders are placed two months in advance of shipping, any reserve customer must give two months notice prior to cancelling a series or account.

As of January 1, 2010, all new reserves will be required for the 1st 6 months to pay 50% of their Monthly order in advance (this is non-refundable) and this amount will be taken of their monthly purchases.

Comics are held for a maximum of one month. Reserve customers who has not picked up their orders after one month will have their account dropped and the comics are sold. If your account has been dropped and you wish to be reinstated you will be required to pay a 50% deposit in advance for any comics you order and will be deducted off your monthly comic order. Discount will be 10% and no discount off of non pre-ordered items. Deposit on monthly comics is non-refundable.

To order any items of $10 or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits become refundable only if the distributor cancels the item, or the item is re-solicited, allowing the option of cancelling the order or renewing it.
